• Orders can be processed utilizing a Shaw account or credit card — Visa or Mastercard. If a credit card is used a 2% processing fee will be added.
• If placing an order via credit card, please submit your order and our Financial Service Team will contact you for your credit card number.
• Materials must be shipped to a commercial address or picked up at a Shaw Redistribution Center. Shaw cannot deliver to a residential address.
• If job site delivery to a recruiting office there must be man power made available to unload materials from the truck. Job site delivery includes retail store fronts.

• The standard products are stocked at the mill.
• The pricing is a delivered material cost so the freight is already included in the product price. Must be shipped via Shaw truck. Delivered pricing valid for continental United States only. Pricing for freight for Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories will need to be quoted separately based on current shipping rates.
• Fees for jobsite deliveries (retail storefront) are as follows: Jobsite $75.00, pallet jack $75.00, lift gate $75.00. If shipping to a jobsite, you will need to include the jobsite address to your order; as well as; other above items needed.
• If you are a GC/Shaw Dealer, please provide your Shaw Account Number on order.
• Carpet tiles are sold 5.00 sq yards per box for 18x36 and 5.33 sq yards per box for 24"x24".
